Childen can be an absolute delight if they are happy. And there is the rub – it is impossible to force a child to be happy! I am happy to say on this occasion the little girl was happy, and she was also devastatingly cute. As usual I captured a mix of posed shots and more natural behaviour. The latter can be very successful if they capture the expressions and body language (the personality) of the subject.

This was a very enjoyable shoot to do. The client was very happy and bought a photobook containing a large number of photos. This book will be treasured “forever”.
